When will Soarin' open at Epcot?

Anybody know when this new attraction is set to open at Epcot? We are planning a trip in late July and I have seen posts about annual passholder preview for Soarin later this spring. So, can anybody tell me when it's going to be open to general public?

May, it's supposed to be open in time for the 50th anniversary kick off. If you're going over the summer, it should be open.
