When will schedules come out?

We're arriving at DL August 2nd and I'm wondering when a schedule will come out so that we can plan shows, parades, fireworks, etc?

The summer schedule rarely changes once the June schedule comes out. 99% chance it will be the same as late June or all of July.

As of yesterday when I looked, the July 1 schedule wasn't even complete. It is beyond irritating.
