When will resorts be decorated for Christmas?

We are going to the world the week of Thanksgiving and I know that most of the Christmas events don't start until the day after Thanksgiving, so when do the resorts decorate? I want to take a few hours and look around some of the resorts, like the GF and the gingerbread house for instance. Does anyone know?

We were there the week of dec 2, last year. Decorations where complete, including the Gingerbread house at GF. The store inside the Gingerbread house was open, and selling small replicas. I'm sure you'll be able to see everything if you are there at TG.

I stayed over Halloween last trip and the halloween decorations were stripped overnight October 31st. The parks were already being decorated for Christmas starting November 1st. The resorts usually take longer to get ready, but should be ready by the end of November first week in December.

we have been the week before Thanksgiving the past two years and the parks were already decorated. We have gone to MVMCP the week before Thanksgiving also. What a great way to get into the holiday spirit!!!

be able to see WDW at Christmas. But, being a school bus driver and also going to college to study to be a secodary teacher I am condemned to the July and August visitations. LOL
