When Will Resort Reservations Show in MDE?

I figure someone may know the answer to this ...

Booked a package reservation (resort and tickets) for Ft. Wilderness October 2018 a couple weeks ago. The tickets, pending magic bands, and resort reservations are showing on the Disney website. Yet on the iphone MDE app (updated this week) only the tickets are showing. under 'my plans' the app is saying you don't have any plans. If I try to link the resort reservation it says the reservation is already linked under my name ... yet it won't show on the app.

Does the app not show the resort reservations until you get closer to the arrival date?

EDIT: as I was typing, Disney IT got back to me and mentioned that resort reservations won't link to the MDE app until within 365 days out. Can anyone else confirm this?

Someone posted a similar question earlier this week and a DISer chimed in with the 365 day response and that's just how the app is programmed. So I suspect that is accurate.

Cool ... thanks for the response! I typically don't book outside of a year so this was a 1st for me. This info all seems to jive with what I've heard from the Disney IT folks.

There's probably not a lot of OCD'ers like me, but for anyone reading it may be worth noting this info and passing it along if any questions / additional posts pop up
