When will points show up?

I tried the search function with no success.

First deed, closed Sept 1st. Received my member number 8 days ago, still 0 for the next 4 years.

Give MS a call and see if they can get them loaded. It’s normally 7 to 10 days.

Whoa it really took over a month for Disney to get your membership number and account set up? That sounds painful. You got great patience!

Log into your account and use the chat function. It did that two days after my membership # was activated. They loaded my point during the chat.

I have multiple contracts and memberships. I closed on a contract a month ago and just got the contract loaded. No points yet. I will give it a couple days and then do a chat. It takes way too long these days!

Yup, that's what DH did when this happened to us recently. Worked wonderfully.
