when will our trash/towel be???

We checked in on Wednesday and are here until Monday. Am I right that our trash/towel will be on Saturday? We then move to another resort on Monday and will be there until Sunday. Will my T&T be on Thursday?

Just not sure if I have the days correct or if I'm calculating it wrong.

I'm pretty sure that's correct. It's usually the 4th day of the stay (so after 3 nights).
 
You've got it right. For stays of 7 nights or less, Trash and Towel service is on your 4th day. Day 1 is your check-in day. You checked in on Wednesday so your 4th day is Saturday. When you move to your next resort on Monday, day 4 is Thursday.
 
Yes, that's correct. It's the 4th day and your check in day counts as day 1.
 

We always seem to have issues with Mousekeeping providing service on the correct day and doing everything on the list. With T&T they should empty trash and replace liners in trash bins, provide fresh bathroom linens, replace shampoo, facial soap and bath soap, replenish facial tissues, paper towels and toilet paper, replenish coffee, sugar, cream and sweeteners, replenish dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, sponges and laundry detergent as needed in one-, two- and three-bedroom Vacation Homes.

Can you do me a favor and report back on how they do?

We just has two reservations for a studio (our own points on one reservation and DSIL's points on the second reservations) at SSR for a total of 8 nights and housekeeping did our T&T and full cleanings correctly as though we had one reservation. We had MS link the two reservations so we wouldn't to change rooms. I was worried that we would have problems with housekeeping, since we still had to check in and out after the first reservation and then check in for the section, but they had the dates down perfectly.

We always put away our computers and electronic items for the cleaning. So knowing what day they will enter the room really matters.
 
They only replace towels, washcloths that are not hanging up on the towel bars. In other words, be sure to have your towels on the floor, in the tub, etc., so they know you want them replaced.

I have only had one issue with T & T or housekeeping in 22 years as a member. ONLY one.

And that was when I had requested a full cleaning in a GV on our T & T day. Apparently the request, which I did make late(called the morning of T & T), did not get to the housekeeping staff as we came back that afternoon to no cleaned GV, and even the T & T hadn't been done properly. The reason it really ticked me off was that we had left a total of a $30 cash tip because we were expecting the full clean we had requested. The person that did the crappy T & T had actually had the nerve to take the tips!! Up side is that I immediately reported this, and very quickly got a call from a housekeeping supervisor, who apologized profusely, promised this CM would be properly coached, and gave us a full cleaning later for no charge. They made my one-time issue right.
 
I've been a member over 15 years and I don't think I've ever had them do T & T on the wrong day or not come. I've never stayed over 7 nights so I haven't had a full cleaning.
 
They did do our T&T today as they should have. They did all that disneynutz said. However, we left some towels hanging and put the dirty ones in the tub. They took all and replaced them. No big deal to me but just mentioning it.
