When will Non DVCers be able to book BLT?

I saw a post on the resort boards that someone at CRO had indicated that bookings for BLT opened today for Non DVC owners. If other DVC owners can not book until 2/22 do you think that the rooms that are not in the DVC inventory are ready to be booked this soon?

CRO will be able to book using the undeclared and unsold inventory of BLT units.

I hope it doesn't open until all DVC owners have had the chance to book that wnat to stay there. I can't call until the end of this month for the room I want since I own at a different resort and if someone booked the room before me on cash, it would make me upset. I should ahve the ability to try and get my room before a non-DVC owner can.

As DVC Mike pointed out, that's not how it works. There are two "sets" of rooms: those rooms that have been declared into DVC inventory, and those that are finished but aren't part of DVC. Rooms that haven't been declared are not owned by DVC yet, and so cannot be booked using points. So cash customers and points customers are not competing for the same rooms -- any room booked for cash won't decrease the number of rooms available to book for points.
