When will my borrowed points expire?

I borrowed 98 points from my Dec 2020 use year for a trip this August. I am still holding out hope of going but realize this may not be a possibility. It should like Disney may stop returning borrowed points to the original use year once they open. My question is, if I cannot get the points returned to my original use year, when would I have to use these points by?
