When will Jan. 2007 points be available to rent

Hi, New to renting DVC points and like to get things booked well in advance. (Booked our DCL trip over a year ahead). Is there a time when DVC members will have January points open to rent? I don't want to post my request for points to early. I'm more than willing to pay a fair percentage up front. Thanks for the advice!

DVC members can book at their home resort 11 months in advance of the check out date. So, someone can book a January '07 stay in February '06.
