When will free dining be offered for Sept/Oct 2013

It has been a while..
We are finally on our way back to WDW Sept 28 - Oct 6! We will be staying at POP and trying to decide whether to book the room/dining/tickets now or wait a few months to see if they offer free dining. How long would you guess Disney would wait to offer free dining for that timeframe?

Rumor is that even IF FD is offered again later this year, it will be very different. Moderate and deluxes will get QS and nothing for the values. This coming from a respected source on the discount board who has a proven track record with upcoming special offers.

As the pp said, rumor has it that FD will be changing, with nothing offered for the values. With that said, FD for August/Sept usually comes out around March/April.
