When will Fall Refurbs be announced?

I was just wondering when they typically announce which rides will undergo refurbishments for the late Summer/Fall season. Crossing my fingers they do t decide to shut down one of the mountains or SDMT. Thanks.

I am awaiting to hear myself. My fingers are crossed that BTMRR is NOT on the list, at least not for October BUT since it is not listed as an attraction for MNSSHP, I think my soul will be crushed and my very favorite ride will be closed.

We last went September 2016 and it was being refurbished for several months. Now we are going again in September 2018, so I'll be very disappointed if its down again.

We last went September 2016 and it was being refurbished for several months. Now we are going again in September 2018, so I'll be very disappointed if its down again.

We missed out on it in October 2016 too. We're going to be disappointed if it's closed two trips in a row. DD was especially looking forward to it because she's tall enough to ride now.

There is no scheduled time in advance for announcing refurbs.

There's no usual time refurb info gets posted. It's not like on a certain day info is released. Just when it's out it's out

I hope it’s running. We went in December 2014 and liked it much more than SDMT. In our touring plans this fall I have us riding it three times in one day. Our dates are first week October

The last (and only) time we went to WDW was April 2012, and it was down for refurbishment at that time. Our next trip is Oct 2018, and if it is down again for us I will cry!

Anything and everything. There is no set attractions that go under refurb every October. Anything could go down at any time during the year really. They tend to not do refurbs during Christmas, New Years, and mid Summer.
