When will fall 2016 be open to book online? Midnight or 9am?

I don't know the exact time, but is usually early morning. Last time I checked at 6am and it was up. I don't know what time it actually went live.

It will be in the morning sometime. They usually say 8:00 EST but it is sometimes open earlier.

The phone lines open at 8. Sometimes the website is ready earlier. I suggest calling while you are trying to book online because it is common for the sit to glitch when there is such demand on the server. One time it wouldn't let me finalize my reservation so I was glad that I got through on the phone.
