When will Epcot be done?

Just wondering if anyone knows when Epcot will be done with all the construction? Was there last week, and there were walls everywhere! Very disappointing. Planing another trip in a few years, and want to make sure the construction of the entryway and Guardians of the Galaxy will be done. Also Tron. Anyone know?

everything is supposed to be done by 2021 for the 50th anniversary
