When will DVC Sales End?

With the expiration date of 2042, when do you think DVC will stop building DVC home resorts and stop selling the vacation club?

There has been talk about a DVC II plan where future resorts would have a new date past 2050. It's been a rumor that DVC II would start with the Beach Club Villa's. We will have to wait and see....

I doubt there will be any DVC II until it is dramatically evident to DVC that their current projects are not selling because of the 2042 date. Currently, there is no indication the expiration has any effect on sales at all.
I expect that BCV will also be a part of DVC. At some point, I do expect a DVC II, but not for several more years. Stay Tuned!
