When will DVC announce 2009 due rates?

Historically, is there a spec. month when next year's dues are released?

I don't believe it will be until the annual meeting in Dec.

Usually in November, the proposed dues come with the annual meeting invitation.

I am sort of going off subject here but since some of you started referencing the annual meeting....has anyone ever gone? I am really thinking about attending this year just to see how it all works but is it worth the trip? Do I have to reserve a 'seat' ahead of time? Any help and input would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, I've been. They used to have separate meetings for each condo association, but last year they combined them all into a single meeting.

It was interesting to go. If you go to Disney as much as we do, and are interested in DVC as much as we are, it's interesting to go. You don't have to reserve a seat to get in -- just show your DVC membership card.

Thanks DVC Mike for answering my questions. It sounds like we are a lot like you...go to Disney quite often and very interested in DVC. Based on what you have told me I think I will keep this year's reservation and check it out for ourselves. Can't wait....
