When will Disney Pop Culture hotel open?

I see the vacated construction....is it done? It looks spooky. I know for financial reasons they gave it up.

They are still speculating on the actual open date. When I called a few months ago, I was told they had no info. bu were not booking ressies for Pop Century yet.
