When will dinning plan end?

sorry if silly question. I have added dinning plan to a two night stay. Can I just check that this will start as soon as we pick up our magic bands. We won’t need to wait until 4pm? Also can use our credits up to midnight on the day we checkout? Will that include our refillable cup? Thank you
