When will DC/AP discounts be released for 2003?

I'm interested in all the extra perks (i.e. dining, etc.), not room discounts. When are these traditionally released? TIA for any insight.

I don't think until close to the first of the year.

I've had an AP in the past, but I just couldn't remember if they released this info. in the fall or closer to the new year.

Guess I'll have to wait a few more months
