When will concierge contact me???

Sorry all- I know this has been asked, but I can't find the thread, and search never works.

I am about 90 days away and staying in the CR Tower Club --when will concierge contact me? Will it be email, phone, or snail mail.

Just want to make sure I don't need to contact them.

Barb- I'd definitely contact them. I'm staying Poly Concierge and AKL concierge in Nov and I've already been contacted by both of them. It can't hurt to call. I'd telephone at this late date. Good Luck and have a great trip. We loved Contemp Concierge.

We are staying at the BC in Nov and I've been in touch with conceirge since June 3 over 150 days out for our trip. I heard people say that they tell you they'll send stuff out around 90 days but to be safe I'd contact them myself. Every conceirge is different and so each resort conceirge is handled by its own staff. I'd contact the CR conceirge staff what do you have to lose.

you will get a letter in the mail asking fo various preferences and PS requests - you should call them immediately after getting that or for that matter call them now
