When will conceirge staff contact me

I have an early Feb. trip at AKL conceirge booked. When can I expect to be contacted by the staff or should I contact them. I want to book the Sunrise Safari.

I would contact them since the safari books up. I went a few years ago. I initiated contact with them and then they handled everything. They did a great job.

We were call by the AKL Concierge about 63 days out.
However, if you want something specific, I wouldn't wait for them to contact you.

Hi Rneighh!

We contacted the AKL Concierge staff on our own, and they have been MORE than helpful with our planning. I believe that they can only book the Sunrise Safari 60 days in advance. However, I called at about 63 days, and Alana was able to go ahead and book it for me. They do require a credit card to make the reservation if I remember correctly. I would definitely go ahead and contact them to see if you can make a ressie. I wouldn't hurt! Here's the phone # if you want to call:
