My ADR were cancelled because my plans changed and my TA had to cancel them. When will they show as available to try to rebook?
Essentially, I decided to only stay onsite one day instead of 8 and she canceled my reservation and said that since she secured my ADR's, she had to cancel them as well. Why did the TA cancel them if you still wanted them? (it seems you still wanted them since you're trying to get them again)
I think that's kind of what she did. She cancelled the reservation with the travel agent, so the travel agent cancelled all the ADR's. She took her business elsewhere and, since the travel agent was no longer getting a commission, she no longer gets the benefit of the work performed.I think you just got hosed. If I were you I'd take my business elsewhere.

I'm beginning to think I was hosed as well. I offered to book my one day and purchase my tickets through her, so she would still receive compensation, but she said it was easier for me to do it myself.I think that's kind of what she did. She told me she had to cancel them, making it appear to be a WDW policy. She is a friend too. Live and learn.
Never. Ever. Ever let a TA do adr's. This is the second time I've seen this happen. Do your own on a profile account and avoid this madness.
November 10-18th I lost BOG and an early entry breakfast to Tusker House.Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with a TA. I'm not the happiest with mine either. She was supposed to make my ADR's and I actually got up at 4:30 CST, logged into my husband's account and made my own just in case. Most of the one's I booked were better than the times she got so I ended up canceling most of them. Live and learn I guess. When is your trip?
