When will BCV renovations be finished?

We're planning on a pre-cruise WDW stay February of 2017. There are 5 of us. Normally we'd stay in a 1 or 2 bedroom. But I think we could deal with a studio for just 2 nights. Plus we're planning a big trip for August 2017 so I need to save points. My kids love SAB so I think that would be our best bet.

Will all studios sleep 5 by then? And if so, could I just book 4 of us in the room when the 7 month window opens and then add the 5th person once renovations are done?

Someone on the YC /BC thread said they pushed the YC refurb back to Nov. No idea if one has to do with the other, but I know that BCV refurb didn't start until after the BC refurb was complete.

Nov of 2017? I'm looking to book BCV January 2017 and have a family of 5 so I was hoping they would be available to book for 5 soon. But, if YC was pushed to Nov 2017 sounds like BCV won't be done at the end of summer 2016 like the website says

Member services told me BCV would be complete by the end of the summer.
