When will 2010 hotel rates go up?

I'm considering a trip to DL (or maybe even DW) in early 2010, and I'm surprised that I can't get pricing from the Disney resorts yet. When do you think this information will be available?

Any TA that I have talked to about 2010 rates is that the rates come out sometime in August.
