When was the last time that ticket prices increased at Universal? We're planning on buying AP's in December, but will go ahead and get them sooner if there's a chance the price will go up before then!

I would buy them as soon as you can to avoid any possible rate increase. If they do go up, you are ahead of the game, if not you have not lost anything....
