yesterday....went answer wife phone....it fell to the floor.....phone still works...but it now has a crack. Utensil drawer in kitchen, the wood slider bar that balances the drawer when pulling out. Actually sister broke it....she was empthying out dish washer, suttered trip on our new elevated sink mat and caught herself on the open drawer, crack...but easy cost repair and landlord had the tools. patio set chair, old arizonia rubber...they eventually all break...this webbing that holds the cushions.
