when was the "free dining for Canadians" released?

Hello fellow Canadian disers.....
I am SUPER excited to be in the very early planning stages for our trip next Aug.
Thats's August 2013. Does anyone remember when they offered the free dining for Canadians only promotion? I know it was released in 2011 and you had to book by dec 2011. I am just super excited and really want to get started. I know i cant book a package till this august but still...... I know you guys get how exciting this part is.....Thanks for the help....

I booked in October but I think it was released in September.

I booked August 5th 2011 for this August 2012. I was a few days into the offer when I booked it. It caught me off guard being released so early.

As ottawamom said, it was late July/early August. The booking window ran until December 15, 2011. I remember there was availability everywhere, because the U.S. didn't have access to the offer. Here's hoping they offer us something similar again.

My GF just tried to book POR or POFQ a few weeks ago & they were full & we booked no problem there in October. They ended up at Coronado.
