When was free dining in 2013?

I'm trying to plan our vacation for this year and just curious what the dates were for free dining last year. We are looking at a few different weeks so I thought it would make sense to try to get the benefit of free dining!

Not that I expect you to be the expert, but their list is wrong?

It is missing the current offer that is for everyone, 20%-35% off a room, bookable through March 31?

Keep in mind that mousesavers does not list the blackout dates, and FD offers have a ton of them. Do you have a specific timeframe you are looking at, OP?

Here are the covered public offer dates from the second half of 2013...

Late Summer offer (released to DV holders on May 6 and public on May 9)
Sept. 2-25

Fall offer (released to the public Aug 1-NO early bookings for DV holders)
September 29 - October 2
October 18 - November 2
November 11 - 23
December 12 - 22

We can't decide between middle weeks of October(anytime from Oct. 5 thru 27) or November 1st thru to the 15th. I do know our sons school has Nov 4th thru Nov10th off, but is it crazy for Veteran's Day? We are planning for 10 days at POR. Just not sure what days to book....VERY EXCITED THOUGH!!!!!
We know that FD isn't guaranteed but man does it help! I am kind of curious if a percentage off the room would be a better deal for us though.

The middle weeks in Oct have been blacked for YEARS. Hoping it will start back up on Fri. Oct. 17, but they could push it to the following Friday. If they even offer it at all, that is.
