When was Cinderella's Fountain built?

So I've been wondering when famous fountain, located to the side of the castle, was built. I've tried to find it for a while now, but can't seem to find much info on it. Can anybody help?

The fountain and the wishing well on the opposite (Tomrrowland) side are both original to the castle design. There is more theming around the castle that people can't see, guests used to be able to walk up and around the walls and parapets, but that's been closed off since the (early? ) '80's.
