When using Neat Image, should printer enhancements be shut off?

I just edited a photo using Neat Image noise reduction program, and I want to print it on my Picturemate, but I'm not sure if I should turn off auto printer enhancements or not?

If anyone knows, whether or not they have a Picturemate or not, I would greatly appreciate the help!

Thanks so much, Tiger

Does it tell you in Neat Image what you should do? I would turn off in Picturemate the choice to enhance the image and see what happens.

Try it both ways and see which one is better. However, neatimage doesn't really have anything to do with the auto printer enhancements.

Which setting are you talking about the detailed setting or the digital reduction setting??? I would say to turn off the digital reduction setting and depending on the level of detail you want out of the photo (and ink you have left in the printer :rotfl2: ) make your decission on the detailed setting.

I typically only set the detail setting depending on what I want out of the picture on a photo by photo basis on what I know is there for details. The digital noise reduction setting has not really done much for my pictures, but that is probably due to the size of the images.
