When using Disney Visa dollars how do you split room fees?

The last time we went I paid for the room using Disney dollars this time I'm splitting the room fee with the other person going, is that fair to have them pay anything? We're staying Yacht Club water view, last time we stayed Boardwalk standard view. I am wondering how others handle this situation.

Why should not the other person pay their half? You could pay for the room with the rewards and have the person write you a check.

I paid for the entire room fee, I used my rewards for half and paid the other half using my Disney premier Visa so I will get dollars with that, she will probably go to the ATM and give me cash for her share, the reason I feel guilty is she is my sister. Last trip I paid for the entire room charge using my dollars it made me feel good to give her a free room. We are only staying 1 night, we're FL residents.

To me how each person pays for the room doesn't matter. You split the cost, and if you pay for it with rewards or your visa, and your sister pays with cash, then that is fair.
