I have never traveled out of the US. Up until last summer I had never left this continent. In May DBF and I are going to Denmark for his best friends wedding. DBF would like to go to London or Paris too.

I would like to do this:

Rome - my pick
Paris or London - his pick
Copenhagen - the wedding
Home

Do you think this is possible to plan on my own? Oh and we will only have about 1 1/2 weeks to do this. Is it even possible?

How exciting for you to go to Denmark to a wedding!!! :goodvibes

I have only been to Paris and London. I will say London was wonderful :woohoo: BUT Paris was heavenly.

maybe go to a travel agent to just get some ideas especially since its so foreign to you. and go from there.

when i was in london for school, i went to paris for a weekend. took the chunnel (sp?) train. i could've easily spent a few more days there. when i was in Nice for school, took an overnight train to rome for the weekend. I didn't sleep a wink b/c i wanted to see everything! its really an amazing city. It might be a quick stop in the cities, but it can definitely be done. And so worth it!!

my sister used to go to holland a lot to visit friends, she always says that for traveling around europe, to buy the plane tickets once you get there (besides the one to get there of course). She says they tend to be cheaper.
