We plan on hitting Epcot at opening, stay there for a while then head to Chief Mickey's for a 11:10 PS. Later, we have a 5:00 PS for Garden Grill. We will be eating a light breakfast in our cabin. Do we need to do Mission Space first thing? Would it be better to do mid afternoon? Don't want to make it too close to our meals. Kinda nervouse about riding MS but have to just once.

We got up to Mission Space last Tuesday right after opening to find no wait! You could always do a Fast Pass then go on right away, while holding onto Fast Pass for later.

It may be that it was because MS wasn't officially open yet, but when we were there last September, there was never really a line to get in. Maybe at most a 5 minute wait.

However, the best times may be early morning and evening. They did have a single riders line (not sure if this is still intack) but if it is, that is another option to ride if there is a line. This line was also empty most of the time.

My suggestion is to ride it at the end of the day in case you have problems with it you will be going back to hotel.

I'm saying first thing in the morning(before breakfast). The lines are short, and you won't hurl;)

I think it would be best to ride MS first thing in the Morn before breakfast.. My wife rode it after lunch at Nine dragons, she looked like three shades of green, and said would never ride after eating again...

In my mind I am thinking - Do we ride it before the big breakfast and hopefully no one will get sick and not want to eat or wait till later but before we eat at the Garden Grill. Sure don't want to do it after Garden GRill. Thanks for everyone's input.

then wait until the end of the day so you can go back to your room and crash.

I have to say it took me a couple hours to feel normal again. I wasn't sick , just....disoriented and queasy.

If you are asking about crowds, then I guess first thing is best or just get a fastpass early (well before you want to go to World Showcase)

My husband did it about 2 hours after lunch. He did not hurl, but it took him about 4 hours before his nausea subsided. He claimed it was mild.

We ride it first thing in am after lite breakfast, everyone did great no nausea, you don't want to wait too late fastpasses have been known to by gone before midday.
