When to return

If I want to come back to a MK without construction walls...what time frame should I start targeting?

The project is and will be done in phases. It will not be until 2016 until the entire project is complete, but not time has been announced as of yet (that I have seen).

This. They will be constructing something to Infinity, and Beyond.

I too would love to return when the Hub is done but without a projected end date, I don't dare wait. It could well be 2 years. Instead, we are returning in about 6 months and then we'll see from there.
