when to reserve 'Your ride'

We are going to Disney in June, we do NOT have plane tickets yet, (waiting for a better deal then what is out there)
There will be 5 of us flying down & from the reviews I read on here, we plan on using "yourride" from the airport to our resort (CB).

When should make reservations? I would think I would need to know my flight schedule before I call.
Does "your ride" fill up fast?

I'm also going in June and want to reserve the car as soon as possible to make sure we get a car, especially since we're going with a limo and I don't know how many the have. But I don't see how they can hold a ressie without knowing the flight times. ON the online reservation page, it asks for that info. But I'm waiting on good airfares first! Even if it's too late for my first car company choice, there seem to be a few to work with just in case.
