I need to request an allergy cleaning for our room at AKL next month. I emailed disability services to ask about this and I'm confused when this request should be done. Their email said: "To request the specifically targeted cleaning for your allergens and sensitivities, please contact our Reservation Specialists within 48 hours of your arrival at (407) 939-1936."
Does that mean I need to call to request this 48 hours or less before I arrive or before that? I am very confused about it for some reason!
