When to leave...

This is our first trip to The World. We have a flight out at 5:00 on Fri. evening. What time should we leave WDW to make it on time? We are taking the Mears shuttle.

When you get to Mears they will give you a return ticket with the return time printed on the ticket. But figure three hours before your flight.
If you are doing a one way transfer, when you call Mears to book the transfer to the airport, Mears will advise you of the pick up time.
Mears does pick up at the MK TTC (at least they did when I was there in Feb).
If you are going back to your resort to take the Mears shuttle, I would leave one hour sooner than your scheduled pick up time.
So figure sometime between 1pm and 2pm.
