Hi I have been planning a trip to for our Sept anniv. when we received the email code for the discounted room. They were able to add the myw package to the discount code and we will be saving a lot. The only problem is the code has to be used by july 4. We have changed our ressie to july 2-8 at ther AKL. My concern is the crowds around that time. Is it worth it. And is it possible that I may get another code for dates in September. I am not sure what the odds would be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We always go at the end of August and sometimes in September, it is our favorite time because the parks are wonderful, we never wait in lines for more than a few minutes and love the hot weather. I would worry about the weather these days more than the crowds, last year we went for 10 nights and we arrived right after Hurricane Charley and left 3 days before Frances hit. My brother got caught in one of them, I don't remember the name, it was the last one they had. This is the only thing that worries me about going at that time, we went in August and the whole week of Charley we were wondering if we would get to go, then while we were there we were wondering if we'd be there when the next one came. I am hoping things aren't like this past summer.

Depends on you; as a local, you couldn't pay me to be in the parks around the second busiest time of the year (Jul 4), but that's me. If you have to use the code by Jul 4 and your dates are flexible, I'd suggest going in May (not around Memorial Day). The rainy season hasn't started, the temps are usually warm, but not really hot and the humidity hasn't kicked in; neither have the crowds. It's a great time to be at Disney, IMO. :)
