We are planning a trip to Beach Club and DH has three weeks to select from to book off work. He can choose the last week of September or the first or second week of December. We have always gone in September (though we've had a four year haitus from DW), but I've always wanted to see disney at Christmas. Our youngest turns 2 in November so in Sept we could get away with one less airplane seat and we would be able to get free dining during this time too. I've also read a thread that said discounts aren't usually offered the first week of December because of Pop Warner. Any help and suggestions would be great!

I have been during the end of Sept. and first week week of Dec. Me personally, I love the fall season in disney. The weather is still warm, the crowds are light, the MNSSHP is adorable for little ones and of course, the food and wine festival is fabulous for adults :cool1: ( though you may want to check the dates because I think it starts on 9/28). I also can say that Christmas is beautiful in Disney as well, but the crowds,I felt, were greater.

We haven't been in December, so I can't comment on that, but we did go in September and it was spectacular. The weather was perfect, the crowds were light and the Magic Kingdom was all decorated for Halloween. It was so much fun!!! :yay: I would September again in a heartbeat.

Whichever month you choose, you've got so much to see that's wonderful. it's either going to be Christmas or Halloween decorations. (the crowds might be lower in September though, which would let you do more)

We went the last few days of September in 2010 and loved it. Crowds were light and still swimming weather. We're going the first few days of October this year and hope it'll be the same :).
