when to go ???!!!

well we were all set to go in january for my hubbies 30th and our first wedding anniversary but then we saw that my favourite water park blizzard beach is shut and so is splash mountain ! plus star tours obviously
so we are back to square 1
my question is we are now leaning towards may june or end of sept beginning of oct
does anyone have any thoughts ?
we only have a week and we are staying onsite to maximise our time there
just unsure when to go
also a big big factor is that i am a very nervous flyer
i promised the kids i will get on the plane as i know it will be worth it but i was wondering if the time of year affected how smooth a flight we might have
i know its silly but i had to be heavily sedated to go to mexico and hated it i want to be excited again like i used to and enjoy the build up

end of september is nice, will be quieter than june,
minimal crowds, incredibly hot, and halloween stuff is starting up if youre timing it right.

ah bless you, i really can sympathise as i am a terrible flyer aswell & have to have valium, we went to Turkey 2 years ago & had a headache for the first 3 days of our holiday due to taking quite a few tablets!
havnt got any advice on when to go as we havnt been yet!!!

to be honest any time from 1st feb will be fine up til the 2nd june as long as it coincides with the free dining !!
we arent big waterpark fans to be honest so they arent really a big deal for us just trying to get it right with u.s crowds and u.k crowds is a nightmare lol

I would think that end of Sept would be a lot quieter than June as all the schools are back, plus it should be less humid.

less humid in september/october time love going then as said the parks are quieter. the only things that would put me off going in June would be the lovebugs and the tour groups!

I went in May 2008. It was pretty quiet and the weather was great (very warm but not humid).
