when to go

It really depends on you, as to when is the best time to go. Of course, if money is a consideration then plan on attending during the "value" season. If money is not a consideration then the fun holidays, i.e. Halloween through New Years. Then you have to consider the kids, do I take them out of school, etc.

While the weather is good around spring breaks, many, many other people think so too and it is very crowded. Right after Memorial Day it gets crowded again and HOT:sunny: . In August the crowds begin to recede because the kids are going back to school.

I know that may now exactly answer your question but a good time for me may not be a good time for you.

Happy planning!

It does all depend on when you are able to go. My DW and I have gone the last 3 yrs during the first couple of weeks of May, and we will be going again in May 2008. The crowds are average, the weather has been very good, and the line waits are decent, usually 10-45 minutes at most.

When? It all depends on you and your tastes.

Ex-DW and I went there twice towards the latter part of October and LOVED the crowds, or lack thereof. We also went once on Jan 1 of 20?? (I don't remember exactly), JUST to save money. (prices were about 30% less on flights and rooms on Jan 1) Another time, our stay was from 12/27/03-1/3/04.

Each time, we loved the Disney "experience" for different reasons. Too bad we didn't take that feeling home with us, or "EX-DW" may still be "DW".

Good luck in your choice.

We typically go in late July, or the first week of August, but this year we went the first week of March, b/c that was the spring break of my college, and it was WONDERFUL!!! The w/e was the only time there was crowds and that was b/c cheerleading compition was on w/e and softball was the other. The longest wait was 35 minutes and that was for soarin. There was 1 time when we had to stand on the monorail, and we stayed in disney so we used the monorail alot. It was great!!!
