<--- That is pretty much how I am whenever I start planning another Disney world vacation....
<--- That is pretty much how I am whenever said Disney world vacation has to get cancelled for one of a zillion reasons.This NEXT Disney world vacation I am planning, however.... will NOT get cancelled. I repeat, will NOT get cancelled. I don't care if I have to go ALONE.
So... --->
<--- This is me now.I will be graduating with my degree in Culinary Arts in AUGUST 2013! (I'll graduate with my diploma this December) And I am going to Disney world as my reward for all my hard work, burns, cuts, sweat, and did I mention hard work?

My question is about when to go. I said I would be graduating in August of 2013... however I will not go in August... too hot, and I don't want my first time to be remembered for misery and sweat stinging my eyes.
Also, as a chef I'm going to want to be present for FOOD AND WINE festival!
So, early October? Or first week in November? Seems that both are usually comparable in price, but as far as crowds and weather go... which one is better?
By the way, my name chefsparrow, comes from my desire to find a way to put rum in almost everything, and I'm known for asking "But, why is the rum gone?"
Thanks in advance for any and all replies!

We love going in October and the last few years have gone the last week of Oct/first week of Novemenber. Not too hot, usually not too cold...just right. Halloween decor is out, Holidays in the air, F&W,
