when to go-July or Aug???

Deciding between July 24 for 7 nights or Aug 14 for 7 nites, or Aug 21 for 7 nites. Are anyone of these better for crowds and weather?

I would probably pick an August date. It rains alot in June and July. Just my opinion though.

It rains and is hot in August as well. I have been there all three of those weeks. I would pick the August 21 if I had a choice, only because most schools are back in session and it is not as crowded at that time.

I've been there in July and in late August. Both were very hot, very humid and it rained just about every single afternoon for a short period.

The advantage of going in August is the lighter crowds and it's Value season at most of the resorts. The trade off is that the parks are not open as late. Fantasmic! will only have one show and they may cut back on other nighttime shows as well.

My vote would still be for August. But if you look at my counter, I'm going in July this year.

Mad4themouse is right, but we prefer July. In August, the parks close much earlier and some rides tend to be closed because it is not peak time. We would rather put up with the crowds and have extended hours. It really is a matter of choice. It's hot both months.
