When to give goodie bags

We are going in Dec. and my kids are 16 & 18 and I'm making them goodie bags but when is the best time to give them.

I say give it to them after check-in when getting settled into your hotel rooms.

Giving them at the airport before boarding the plane or maybe about 1/2 way through a long drive sounds like a good idea to me!

I gave mine theris in the airpirt after we checked in and settled in to wait to board the plane.
