when to get evc

We have an 8:40 reservation for breakfast at CRT on this coming Saturday. Does anyone know if the ECV rental will be open when we get to the park?

stroller and wheelchair rentals normally are open when the park opens. Always been that way since I been going to Disney parks.

They do have the rental stations open at the time they start to let in the first Guests who have pre-park-opening dining reservations.
