When to fax requests to the Poly?

I have always faxed room requests to CBR 4 days out. Can I assume I should do the same for the Poly? This will be our first stay there. We are among the "CBR castoffs" next month who got relocated to the Poly, but I assume I still have the right to make requests. Can someone give me the fax number, please?
I was planning on requesting a room in Tahiti longhouse, hopefully with a balcony. Any suggestions??
