When to do Marceline?

We are spending two days at MK this trip. One of which is a regular MK day and another has MK AM Magic Hours but regular park closes at 4PM for MNSSHP.

We're attending MNSSHP that day as well but my concern is the Marceline tour we have planned on the regular hour MK day.

Should I move it to the day we do MNSSHP?

I planned on getting our FP+ for Anna & Elsa along with the Mine ride on both days. I just wasn't sure how crowded the park is typically during October. I figured they weren't nearly as busy as July (when I typically go) and my time frame for going will be during the free dining blackout so that's a plus.

We went in July '13 so we hit up almost the entire park minus most of Frontierland which is where we are going to go after the Marceline tour and pretty much spend the second day on rides / character meet and greets we HAD to do.

What would you do?

If this needed to go into planning would a mod please move it? I wasn't sure if this would be considered strategy or not. TIA!

For what it's worth, MK doesn't "close" at 4 pm on the nights of the Halloween Party, but rather, begins allowing ticket holders to the party access to the park at 4pm. You won't be made to leave until 7pm.
