When to contact concierge

We are staying at the AKL concierge at the end of April for our honeymoon - there are somethings that we really want to do - since it is a special trip. I.e. - sunrise safari, luau, possibly cirque de soleil, cinderalla's breakfast at the castle.

I know there are different dates to make PS etc for different things - How early can I contact concierge?
