When to book?

DD has a dance competition in WDW in June 2008 (June 27, 28 & 29) and they will also be performing after the competition but we don't know how many days yet. There will be a meeting sometime in October and we'll get all of the final dates then. After they're done at WDW we want to spend 3-4 days at US/IOA and stay on-site. I know that we will end up there over 4th of July. Should I book the room as soon as I have the dates? Since this is most likely one of the busiest weeks of the year I'm sure the room rates won't be going down. I do have AAA but in checking their site the prices are the same as booking directly through the US/IOA site. Also, if I book now and the rates do go down, can I get the new rate?

Book your room as soon as you know dates....AAA rates will bring cost down (even at July 4th time)...then call and switch your rate....

When I called yesterday to book my room for August, I was told the AAA rates are not yet posted for 2008. We have definately gotten AAA and AP rates over 4th of July.

Call as soon as you can. Last Friday I booked for Easter week and Hard Rock was already fully booked.
