How far in advance do you all make reservations for a Towncar?

Now is a good time. You are going to be using them in less than 90 days.

We usually make our about 60-90 days out. Never had any problem, and we go Oct-Jan. If it were during a busy time of year, maybe a little ealier.

I reserved our town car today, and we leave next Wednesday! I had intended to use Mears until late last week ...then I started thinking about how neat it would be to surprise my husband with a car and driver.
