How about a plan B of renting a reservation for the night you need or of having points transferred to your account so you can make it yourself?

Hi, Same boat here I am WAITING for a discount on a 1 bedroom at BCV (Feb.20+21.) The discount was available for a STUDIO on these dates and the CM told me to keep calling and trying for the discount on the 1 bedroom. I REALLY wish this is something that could be done AUTOMATICALLY(appling the discount if it becomes available) by MS?? Just seems like alot of calling?? Joan

Hi, HAPPY to report (and DO NOT KNOW WHY it was done this way??) but I recieved a NEW (modified) confirmation in the mail last week for my 2-nites(2/20+21) at BCV and the 25% discount had been applied AUTOMATICALLY!!! The price was $595. for a 1-bedroom, now DOWN to $446.25 I DID call to check on it and LINK my other two reservations with points (2/14-20 and 2/22-23) to these CASH nights. And while on the phone I ASKED why I had been told to call back and the CM just said because it was not in the system when you first reserved it. So it MAY be automatic (applying the 25% discount) NOW?? Just thought I would let you know that the February 25%discount came thru for me and DVC APPLIED it to my reserved room AUTOMATICALLY. Good Luck for JULY! Joan

Was anything noted on your ressie about wanting the dvc discount for those nights? In other words do we need to request that be on there?? Thanks

Ms just told me yesterday to call in December for July rate at HHI.

I have it reserved however, it is full price ($450.00). I called to make sure that wasn't the new rate, we usually pay around $330.00 for the night.

He said it was too early.
